The PI currently has postdoctoral positions available. For outstanding postdoctoral candidates, the PI will provide support in applying for the RGC Junior Research Fellowship.
We are looking for motivated postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates with expertise or strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

Synthesis of new hybrid perovskite materials
Interest and skills in synthesizing novel structures or new types of hybrid perovskite materials. -
Optical and morphology characterization
Proficiency in optical and morphological characterization techniques. -
Nanofabrication of 2D-material-based devices
Experience with dry transfer/pick-up of 2D materials, electron-beam lithography (EBL), laser writer operation, and micro-/nano-device fabrication and testing. -
Large-scale growth of 2D materials
Experience in large-scale 2D material film growth using organic MBE or CVD. -
Memory and FeFET devices based on hybrid perovskites
Research experience or interest in hybrid-perovskite-based memory and FeFET devices for neuromorphic computing. -
LED and spin-LED devices based on hybrid perovskites
Research experience or interest in LED and spin-LED devices based on hybrid perovskites.
Note: We currently have several papers ongoing and under revision in areas 5 and 6.
